Top Activities For May Long Weekend
1-Get out and take a hike.
Summer is on and there is no better way to enjoy it than to get back to a richer more hospitable mother nature with some fun outdoor activities, hiking was and still my best way to start slow but reaching summits with simple walks along the Mont Royal trails. Conquering Montreal's highest point might just get you excited for more extensive excursions and if this is too slow on your cardio why not try road/trail running to stay in shape, why because it’s cheap, anyone can do it, it is a good way to socialize and because good weather and good food are almost synonymous this is the most effective way to help you lose weight or keep up the good balance.
